Carlie DiPietro is the Incredible Years Supervisor. She has a Bachelor’s of Science dual degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Education Degree all from Edinboro University. Carlie has 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education including being the director at the Union City Early Connections. She started at the center in 2023 when she decided it was time to make a change, but still work with the families and children in the community. Currently Carlie is the Incredible Years Program Supervisor and facilitates the Advanced Incredible Years program. Hobbies outside of work include spending time with her family, everything Halloween, and taking care of her crazy bulldogs and bearded dragon.
